MANILA, Philippines – ABS-CBN music outfit Star Records has teamed up with mobile phone manufacturer Cherry Mobile for a music library where users can download their favorite songs.

Called Cherry Music, the application allows fans to download up to 100 free songs from Star Records Artists for 45 days after purchasing a handset from Cherry Mobile.

Some of Star Records’ top artists include Toni Gonzaga, Erik Santos, Maria Aragon, Marie Digby, Jamie Rivera and Bugoy Drilon, among others.

Hindi press release ang balita na sold out at successful ang 2-night concert ni Erik Santos sa Music Museum noong Biyernes at Sabado dahil witness kami sa SRO crowd na nanood ng Power Ikons.

erik santosNasaksihan din namin ang pagkakagulo ng mga tao sa mga celebrity na sumuporta kay Erik. Naawa kami sa bata na muntik nang matapakan dahil nagkagulo ang mga usisero nang dumating si Yeng Constantino kaya isipin ninyo ang naging scenario sa pagsipot ni Sarah Geronimo.

Ang businesswoman na si Pinky Tobiano ang producer ng Power Ikons. Tuwang-tuwa si Pinky dahil hindi nito inaasahan na magiging successful ang concert para sa Bosom Buddies Cancer Foundation.
Medyo mainit sa venue ng concert ni Erik at posibleng epekto ito ng maraming tao o may problema sa aircon units ng Music Museum. Added attraction sa Power Ikons ang pag-akyat sa stage at pagkanta ni John Lloyd Cruz.

Serious singer ang image ni Erik pero ipinakita niya ang “other side” sa kanyang katatapos na concert. Hit sa audience ang mga hirit ni Erik tungkol sa kanyang gender na matagal nang pinagdududahan at ang impersonation niya sa boses ni Nora Aunor.

Binigyan ni Erik ng tri­bute ang mga sikat na female singer nang kantahin niya ang hit songs nina Barbra Streisand, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears etc.

Direk GB Sampedro, the concert director and a close friend of Erik’s, revealed that he proposed to fiancée Daiana Meneses in an elevator in Hong Kong. The two plan to tie the knot next year at the elevator of the condominium where they met.
