The Erik Santos Collection Album Launch

Last weekend was a full-on Erik Santos experience as the Prince of Pop unveiled his latest offering – “The Erik Santos Collection: Timeless Movie & TV Themesongs.” Erik Santos Friends Online (ESFO) showed their unwavering support both on Saturday at Eastwood City Walk and Sunday at Venice Piazza Mckinley Hill. The newly-crowned King of Teleserye Themesongs gave a mini-concert that showcased many of the songs on the 2-CD album, a compendium of the themesongs Erik Santos has recorded that span his 10 years in the industry. Erik shared some backstories of the themesongs that he then sang  with his signature heartfelt rendition. Erik’s performance garnered a very warm reception from the audience, who gave him standing ovations on both nights. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the audience who bought the CD stayed for the whole performance and lined up for the CD-signing after the show.
