While Erik Santos and Angeline Quinto consider each other “special,” the two singers insisted that they’re not yet a couple, saying that they would rather take things slow for now.
“We know what we have and are very comfortable with each other’s company. I’m not in a rush and I don’t want to preempt anything,” Angeline said during a press conference for her and Erik’s concert titled “KQ at the Araneta Coliseum” on Aug. 15.

After recently launching his new album The Erik Santos Collection, Erik Santos admitted that he wants to be able to leave a lasting mark on the music industry as well as start his own family. “As I grow and enter my second decade in the industry, siyempre I want to eventually I want to have my own family na kasi siyempre medyo nasa marrying age na rin ako. Dun yun sa personal side naman, sa career I want to be iconic. I want to reach the stature of Martin (Nievera) and Gary V. (Valenciano) na until now nandiyan pa rin sila. I want to be called an icon siguro ten years from now, sarap nun eh. Yung parang na-maintain mo yung career mo for 10, 20, 30 years. That’s something na ise-celebratei People come and go in show business pero how you sustain your career is still the name of the game,” he said during his presscon held last July 11 at Max’s restaurant in Quezon City.
